In 1956, French doctor Dr. Paul Nogier’s original work gave the world with what is now known as auriculotherapy. This treatment is different from ear acupuncture as ear acupuncture entails the insertion of needles inserted into a fixed group of acupuncture points while auriculotherapy neither uses needles nor does it use fixed acupuncture points.
