The Benefits Of Triple Cosmic Breathing

A lot of religious dogmas (Buddhist, Taoist, and Hindu traditions), often have unique breathing techniques included in their teachings; they are designed to balance the essential nature of the practitioners. These breathing methods are also used by martial artists to help them perform extraordinary athletic feats. Fortunately, anyone can utilize them even if you’re not a martial artist or an athlete. Every aspect of your life can be uplifted when you concentrate on your breathing.

When performing breathing techniques, do them without halting between breaths. It will help your qi flow smoothly and not stagnate. Move your breath continuously. When you breathe in this manner, you can establish a connection with the universal qi or life energy. This is known as “connected breathing” and it not only provides you with benefits but also shows you how it is performed without breaks. It is essentially “yoga come” or “Union.”

Performing this form of breathing can unite your respiration (exhale and inhale) in one uninterrupted and smooth stream. This form does not rely on any special equipment and requires no specific time to perform it. Anyone can practice it anywhere. You can do it while reclining in your sofa chair while watching TV. All you need to do is breathe. Visualize as you feel the body then see yourself as pure energy. You can achieve this visualization when you shift your awareness. Your imagination is also composed of pure energy. You can proceed to the domain of energy when you mix your imagination with everything.

A more superior form of connected breathing known as microcosmic breathing can balance you, clear your mind, heal, and energize you. It fosters spiritual cultivation, strength, and longevity. It is powerful yet simple. Yet, it’s so simple that one can practice it while they’re reading this article.

Despite its simplicity, microcosmic breathing can provide outstanding benefits for those who practice it. To perform it, inhale deeply as you visualize inhaling beginning from the base of your vertebrae then upwards to your back “filling” yourself with air while you visualize your breath going to the uppermost part of the head. Then exhale, reversing this path; first, begin your exhale and sense it going downward from the uppermost part of the head, downward to the your body’s front, and going down towards the base of the vertebrae. As you inhale and exhale, steer the breath in a similar circuitous path: inhale from the base of your vertebrae to the uppermost part of the head. Then, exhale from the uppermost part of the head to the base of your vertebrae. You can also imagine a rotating sphere of energy, if you like.

Repeatedly perform several microcosmic breaths as you can. You can either keep on performing these breathes for about ten minutes or count to a hundred breaths and see if you feel much better you after you’ve reached a hundred. Again, breathe in and transport your energy towards your back, and when you breathe out, you bring the breathing down the front. While breathing out you could sense the energy rolling in your lower stomach, which is an important nexus of energy in your body.

Another type of breathing technique is macrocosmic breathing, which a more advanced form of breathing than microcosmic breathing. In macrocosmic breathing, you can fully exploit the life-affirming power, magnetic, and transformative power of the earth.

When performing this technique, inhale deeply and feel it emanating from the core of the earth. Haul the energy towards soles of your feet, and up the front of your legs, the base of your vertebrae, your back, then up to the uppermost part of the head. Then from the uppermost part of the head, exhale, downward to the front of your body, towards the base of your vertebrae. Then feel the breathe going down the back of the legs and all the way down the soles of your feet. Then, thrust your breathe into the core of the earth and feel it traveling back there. When you breathe out, release any bad feelings that might be disturbing you and allow them to be swallowed by the earth, which has the power to renew, re-empower, and regenerate. The earth can easily to take in any type of negative energy in your whole body, transforming it and then sending it back to you as positive energy. The only thing you need to do to confirm this is to observe in nature how the flowers grow in springtime.

For added visualization, when your breath reaches the uppermost part of the head, imagine that sunlight is shining down on you. As you exhale, sense the sun’s warmth filling your entire body. If a part of your body has any kind of health issue, send that problem down to the earth using the soles of your feet while at the same time imagine the problem area being filled with the sun’s healing warmth.

Macrocosmic breathing combined with visualization can be a powerful way to heal your body. Imagine filling your body with energy as you inhale and exhale. Imagine doing the things you like to do and the person you wish to become. Be joyful about a goal that you want to achieve in life, and visualize yourself having accomplished it. Feel the release of endorphins in your bloodstream and the elation of experiencing this realization. Make it a habit of bringing yourself to this kind of rapture and observe the changes that are happening to you.

There is one more form of breath that you’re now ready to perform along with the aforementioned macrocosmic and microcosmic breath. Begin by performing the macrocosmic breath. As you inhale, feel yourself transforming into a giant getting bigger and expanding and developing wings that spread out as you keep on growing. You expand to such a size that you are even bigger than the universe itself. As you exhale, your wings close and you gather all the energy of the universe now churning within your stomach, two inches beneath your umbilicus, at the center point. Sense this lively energy building up as you exhale. As you further breathe out, push your stomach out with energy, instead of allowing your stomach to contract. This technique is known as “reverse breathing,” and it endows you with even more supercharged power.

These different breathing methods lead up to a thing known as triple cosmic breathing. This will open your higher brain centers, balance all energy meridians, and stimulate your chakras and DNA. In triple cosmic breathing microcosmic breath is first performed then followed by macrocosmic breath.

Acidosis which is the buildup of acid in the body leads to aging and eventually death. When waste accumulates in your body, it can also lead to acidosis. Triple cosmic breathing can help eliminate alkaline bodily fluids and waste material in your body thus improving your health. In fact, Dr. Alexis Carrell, a Nobel Prize winner said, “The fluid in which the cell floats degenerates, the cell itself, however, is immortal.” He validated this point by keeping a chicken’s heart alive for 28 years just by replacing the fluid it was immersed in regularly. Only when the doctor suppermost partped replacing the fluid did the heart suppermost part beating and die.

We all must have heard of people dying from heart attacks during or after exercising. Therefore, it is a good idea to do deep breathing instead of exercising. According to him, just by deep breathing, many sick people got well and many weak people got strong. So, if you don’t want acidosis wearing out your body, try deep breathing instead. Let the other athletes exercise and deal with acidosis. Also, if you perform triple cosmic breathing, you can look and feel young again.

You can you can draw out energy force from your body in the microcosmic breath, draw out energy from the sun and the earth in the macrocosmic breath, and stretch your energy all the way and even beyond the universe and the original cosmic breath this way.

By regularly practicing this, you’ll become so filled with energy that you won’t worry about sleep since you won’t need it like you used to. Set aside a few moments each day for yourself in order to achieve what you truly desire in your life. If you want, you can perform the triple cosmic breathing in the morning, sometime during the day, and then perform once more at night. Your whole being will benefit from it. It will make you feel fully energized and make you live an energized and peaceful life. It will fill your life with ecstasy, refresh and renew you, and keep you revitalized and full of life.
